All Neighbors Coalition Request For Qualifications Case Management

Opportunity Information

Title
All Neighbors Coalition Request For Qualifications Case Management
Description
The All Neighbors Coalition is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to fund agencies as subrecipients for current and future projects managed by the lead agency. Agencies will deliver Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing, which provides short and long-term rental assistance, case management, navigation, and connections to community services. This RFQ will create a pool of agencies that meet a minimum threshold of knowledge, skills, and abilities to deliver case management services. Agencies can meet eligibility for local funding only or both local and federal funding. Due to the accelerated requirements for spending associated with federal funding, agencies displaying experience with managing Continuum of Care or other federal funds will be prioritized for federal resources. The All Neighbors Coalition anticipates making awards under this RFQ on an as needed basis through 2026 based on funding availability. The RFQ will open twice per year.
