2027 Capital Development Program Fund
Description
Approximately $28.1M will be available as part of the 2027 Capital Outlay bill. DFA-IPDD will open the application for these funds on Monday August 31, 2026 and will close the application on Friday, September 25. IPDD will then review and score the application from September 28-October 30. Contingent awardee list will be provided to the Legislative Finance Council for discussion at their November 17 meeting. Contingent awards will not become final until the Capital Outlay bill is signed by the Governor no later than April 9, 2026. Funds will be available for awardees to utilize beginning July 1, 2027.
