All Neighbors Coalition Request For Qualifications Case Management FY25 CoC NOFO

Opportunity Information

Title
All Neighbors Coalition Request For Qualifications Case Management FY25 CoC NOFO
Description
The All Neighbors Coalition is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to fund agencies as subrecipients for the New Centralized Transitional Housing Project, Community-wide Transitional Housing and DV Transitional projects, New DV Transitional Housing Project, and New DV Bonus Transitional Housing Project managed by the lead agency. Agencies are applying to deliver wrap around case management, which includes connections to recovery and self-sufficiency services, employment assistance, and housing navigation. This RFQ will create a pool of agencies that meet a minimum threshold of knowledge, skills, and abilities to deliver case management services. Due to the accelerated requirements for spending associated with federal funding, agencies displaying experience with managing Continuum of Care or other federal funds will be prioritized for federal resources. The All Neighbors Coalition will post a list of qualified subrecipients at the completion of this RFQ. Awards will be based on the results of the FY2025 CoC NOFO application and subject to funding availability.
