DECD - CIF 2030 Round 10 - Capital
Description
The Department of Economic and Community Development (“DECD”) acts as administrator for the Community Investment Fund 2030 (“CIF”), a five-year program designed to support historically disadvantaged communities across the state with up to $767 million from 2022 to 2027. As detailed more fully in the NOFA, project applications must:
• Be submitted by an Eligible Applicant (as defined below);
• Promote economic or community development in such municipality; and
• Further consistent and systematic fair, just and impartial treatment of all individuals, including individuals who belong to underserved and marginalized communities that have been denied such treatment, as further detailed in the statute.
